What does the following warning exactly mean: BA_040322_000 alre ady exists on branch 1.1.1.1 : NOT MOVING tag to branch 1.1.1.1.0.8

Hello,

when trying to create a fresh branch for all modules in a project, i get the
above warning message for two (not all) of the modules. These two modules
are connected together in the modules files by the & operator:

GO_P_GLOBALS.M GO_P_GLOBALS.M
GO_L_GLOBLIB.M GO_L_GLOBLIB.M &GO_P_GLOBALS.M

Is this possibly the reason for the warning message? It doesn´t seem to be
really a problem because i can checkout the branch tag and work with it
without any problems.
