checking out of all the modules in a specified repository

Thanks a lot for your advise. The folowing command cvs checkout -d top . is
working fine with win cvs, but when we are trying to incorporate this
command in our program by using set ServerCommand method ,it's not working.
can you please provide us the correct way to do that as soon as possible .
