A good book or an excellent instruction

Hi there,

i dont have time for ever - i only need a good instructio or book, to
install and configure cvsnt on WindowXP.

This is what i expect:
- Installation
- Create Repository
- Install Users

i found the instructio on http://www.cvsnt.org/wiki/InstallationTips,
but if i add a user - cvs only says something like this : fail, login
as administrator
