Question about upgrading.

I've currently got a machine that is using cvs version 1.10.8 for the
pserver server. (I'ts been running for a long time).

I would like to upgrade it to the latest version (1.11.15 I believe at this
time).

After looking though the ChangeLogs etc, I was wondering if there is a list
of "behavior" changes from version to version.

Of particular interest would be any changes in merge or tagging behavior.
