gather you are using CVSNT as your server. inetd.conf applies if you are
running GNU CVS on a UNIX-like system.

You may find more useful information through cvsnt.org and the mail lists
mentioned there. This list focuses primarily on GNU CVS. We help where we
can, but our expertise with CVSNT is limited.
