I have the feeling that I may have seen the answer to this
question here lately, but I cannot find it now.  Please
accept my apologies if this is a repeat.

What is the method for read access to the source repository
at cvshome.org?

still describes :pserver: access.  Meanwhile, :ext: via ssh
rejects the userid and password with which I registered at
cvshome.org.
