Changing the repository of project

Hi,

 

Presently I have a project in a cvs repository on a server in /usr/local/cvsroot . This repository contains other projects also. Now I have to shift one of the project in a cvs repository on a different server in /usr/local/cvsrep. While shifting this project don't want to lose any information related to this project.

How could I do this shifting.
