This *could* be normal behaviour. Has the file robots.txt actually *changed*
on the branch? If not, then there will be no branch revisions to check out.

Usually when we talk about "creating a branch" what we really mean is
"marking a point where a branch is allowed." The branch is never actually
created until you check something into that branch.
