will the command:
cvs -q rtag -D "2004-08-09 2:00 GMT" -r <SOMEBRANCHTAG> <SOMEMODULE>
put a tag on branch SOMEBRANCHTAG as the files were at 2am GMT on August 9th 2004 ?
I was warned that tagging by date had problems on branches.
The version of cvs we are using is 1.11.15.
