There is a perl script, "cvs2cl.pl", that consolidates the log
messages of a sandbox in chronological order. Try Google.

the right solution you'll have to install perl first, either by
Cygwin or from www.activestate.com . It can get messy. I always
find it painful to integrate new tools into Windows "integrated"
environment ... Different culture, partly.
For what it's worth, I run cvs2cl.pl from Cygwin all the time.
