Automaticly Updating directory tree

I would like to write a script to automatically update my directory
tree nightly. I was thinking about using "cvs update -APCd". I added
the -C because I want the directory tree to be completely clean and
what is in the repository should override what is in the directory
tree (this way no problem with merging files). Is this command what
people recommend?
