Stable CVS Version 1.11.19 Released!

Stable CVS 1.11.19 has been released.  Stable releases contain only bug 
fixes from previous versions of CVS.  This version fixes several minor 
bugs in both the CVS client and server executables including an 
intermittent assertion failure on checkout.  This versions also includes 
all the files necessary to compile the fix for the infamous "Red File" 
bug on Windows.  We recommend this upgrade for all CVS clients and servers!
