CVS Tags

Guys,

I have got an SSH connection running to a CVS server using WinCVS, and
can upload and checkout fine, but when I go to create a tag and browse
for existing tags, using the ellipse button i get the following:

cvs -r checkout -c
cvs checkout: warning: unrecognized response `'ssh' is not recognized
as an internal or external command,
' from cvs server
cvs checkout: warning: unrecognized response `operable program or batch
file.
' from cvs server
cvs [checkout aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages
if any)

Any ideas why? Also when I create the tag in smartCVS it works fine, no
probs!
