Re: cvs pserver cmds have become slow on AIX

Since my initial posting, it looks like the same 35 second delay is
occuring using :ext: instead of :pserver:, setting CVS_RSH to an ssh
program plink as described at https://www.daml.org/lab/puttycvs.html -
a great set of instructions by the way, if you want to configure ssh in
place of pserver on your windows CVS client.  Again, does anyone have
any ideas on where to look for this sort of problem - every cvs cmd to
the cvs server hangs for about 35 seconds before running.
