Changelog not showing changes from one particular user

I'm baffled as to how to even approach this problem with CVS/WinCVS.
When one of our developers commits changes to the repository, they show
up in the log (not yet reformatted with ChangeLog macro via WinCVS).
When I run ChangeLog macro, everyone else's changes but her's shows in
the changelog.  Sometimes we have to reinstall WinCVS on her machine
because WinCVS inexplicably crashes on startup (it's happened to me a
couple of times too).  But when that's not happening, her ability to
use CVS in other respects is the same as everyone else.

Where do I begin to look to solve this problem?
