Moving Repository from Linux to Windows

Hi Folks,
I know this topic has been discussed, and a solution has been posted, but I followed the suggested solution and have run into some problems. I was presented the Tar file from the Linux system and I followed the instructions and extracted the file to the Windows server. All seemed to be okay until a developer selected the CVS History function and tried to run Diff (Working file) on one of the tags. It failed with the error that it could not file the rcs file.

Does anyone know what this means?
