The answer is 1 the code on the trunk it has not been commited by some
developers which they have sand boxes off of trunk.

I have branched off the code from the release point and we want their
changes in to this branche now. 

My question is that what is the easieast way to bring their changes in to
this Integration_Brach off of our release!! .

Stop.  What is "the" code that was released ?
    1)  The code on the trunk, or
    2)  the uncommitted code in the developer's sandbox ?

(I sure hope the answer is (1), but I need to understand
your question before proceeding any further.)
