How to replace Branch B with Branch A

Hi,

I have two branches Branch A and Branch B.
Both the branches are modified in all respects some files are added,
some files are deleted and some files are modified.
Right now Branch A might have some common files (may or maynot be
modified) and some files added and deleted as compared to Branch B.

I need to replace Branch B with Branch A. For some reasons I dont want
to use Branch A and Branch B should be exact replica of Branch A.

Please let me know how and what I need to do.
