There is no vrsion 1.11.21, there mostly 1.12, can we upgrade to these
versions or is there archieve?

Easy. Go here

ftp://ftp.gnu.org/non-gnu/cvs/

Click down to the the type you want (binary or source, stable or 
feature) and download the version you want. Since you're using 1.11.5 
you should probably go with 1.11.21.

Downloading binaries is nearly painless, but it may not be availble for 
your machine. Downloading sources is slightly more difficult, but I 
wouldn't call it painful. Download it, untar it, read the installation 
instructions, build it, (run tests if you really want to,) install it.
