RE: autochange "Unix" line format to "PC"?

This is not the correct forum to ask questions about Tortoise or WinCVS
or CVSNT.

Tortoise and WinCVS both include the CVSNT client.

To checkout with unix line ending simply use "cvs co -kL modulename"

Can CVS or Tortoise or WinCVS be changing files originally saved in Unix
line end format to PC line end format?  If yes, what can I do to prevent
