Thanks to Mark D. Baushke I was able to finish this script,
it's located for download at http://rysiek.ath.cx/stuff/jabber_send.py

You can use it just as the mail function:
ALL jabber_send.py YourJabberID YourJabberPassword %s
(assuming that you have jabber_send.py in a directory in your $PATH)

To use it, you need Python and xmpppy (xmpppy,sourceforge.net) installed on 
your system.

If you encounter any problems, mail me. Software is GPLed.
