I was not aware of refcards.com ... it is not directly affiliated with
the CVS project.

cvs-1.11 was the first revision to have the -C option which was released
on 2000-09-18. Perhaps you should send mail to Andrew Ford of Ford &
Mason Ltd. http://www.ford-mason.co.uk/contact.html suggesting that the
card needs to be updated. I am fairly certain that you could commission
an update from them if you think it is important enough.
