cvs on Suse 9 using ssh

Hi everyone,
           
       - I have a cvs(version 1.11.6) repository on
Suse 9.0.
           
       - I am trying to use cvs from window xp machine
using putty's plink.exe.
           
       - My problem is that whenever my app(which is
eclipse 1.1 based, WSAD 5.1.2) tries to use any cvs command,
           
          momentarily it pops up the command window.
It does disappear after it finishes cvs command but is 
           
          there anyway I can stop this window
by passing some command in "plink" or any other way(doing something
at server side)?
