Manish, I have repeatedly told you to *WAIT* before resending messages.
10 minutes is *NOT* sufficient time for anyone to respond.
Your best bet is to write a commitinfo script which looks for the
copryright notice, and exits with a non-zero status if it is not present.
As a user, I expect CVS to store *EXACTLY* what I checked in. I do not
trust automated scripts to change anything.
