Your cvs process is attempting to ~265 MB for your file. You need to do
one or more of the following:

  1) increase the amount of virtual memory you have on your server, 

  2) you need to increase the amount of virtual memory a single process is
     allowed to allocate for your user

  3) you need to find another method of controlling your Mindvision Vise
     VCT files.

It should be noted that CVS does not do well with binary files. I
understand that CVSNT has another method for storing binary files which
may be 'better' for your purposes...
