I cant checkout something that doesnt exist, Im creating a new module.

I am not sure what you gain from doing the import in the first 
place.  Why not just do a checkout and add?  I guess I am not fully 
understanding what you are trying to do.

2. checout in my complete project
3. add each file with cvs add.
