issue with wincvs2

Hi all,

I have an issue with wincvs 2. I was previously on wincvs 1.3 and
everything was good.
The issue is : I have a cvs server under linux accessed through ssh.
I have users under windows XP and under solaris/Linux.
The CVSROOT are different because they are not mounted in the same way.
In wincvs 1.3, the local variable CVSROOT was used to find the database
path. So when a file is checked in under UNIX, the windows user have pb
because the CVROOT stored in the database is used for the cvs command.

Is there a way to use WinCvs2 in the same way than Wincvs1.3.Or is there
a way to work around this issue.

This issue probably already raised but i did not find it.
