Note: I would strongly urge you to use the latest version of STABLE
which is cvs-1.11.22 rather than the older and buggier cvs-1.11.17.

If you are using UseNewInfoFmtStrings=yes in your
$CVSROOT/CVSROOT/config file, you will need to remove that line and
modify your various commit scripts.

As to the structure of the repository, the ,v files will be fine.

You might notice that the 'cvs [r]log' commands will no longer report
the 'commitid: hex-string;' at the end of the 'date:' record, but this
should not pose any problems for you.

That is the only active change of which I am aware, other than the bugs
that have been fixed between the 1.11.17 and 1.11.22 releases.
