Hello Larry,

Actually it is WinCVS, if u could please take a look at ther WinCVS 1.3
PDF manual
(http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/cvsgui/WinCvs-1.3.pdf?download),
you´ll find out in pages 76 and 77 the feature to Lock the files.
Which is funny, because i've download this version and couldnt find it.
How could that be possible?

I only wanted to have a client that would support a reserved checkout
model. Just like SourceSafe.
Is there a way to set up WinCVS to behave close to that?
