Of course I would'nt use such an old version if I wasn't *forced* to...
(In the process of migrating an old server to new version we have to posses both version installed to be able to assured optimal support during the process)

CVS 1.11.15 is a buggy version with security vulnerabilities. Are you
certain you want it? If so, why?

The 'easy' way to obtain any CVS release is from the cvs repository...
this assumes you already have a working version of CVS which may not be
true.

  cvs -z3 -d:pserver:address@hidden:/sources/cvs \
    co -r cvs1-11-15 ccvs

If you have a compelling enough reason, I probably have an archive copy
of it somewhere that I could dig up for you... it might take a few days.
