Yes, but I thought you installed your own CVS, which would make you that
administrator.  If that's not the case, then you need to coordinate with
that administrator to allow access to your repository via his server or
you need to use some access method other than pserver (like local or
ext).  Since pserver usually runs as root, it only allows access to
preconfigured repositories for security reasons.
