Hi,
When trying to tag a project, I get the following error:
cvs tag: [16:39:29] waiting for root's lock in /blabla
After looking around, I noticed that there is a file who's name is
starting with #cvs.rfl.<computer name> in there directory with the lock.
Nobody else is working in that folder.
So is it safe to delete that file?
