User gets married - Changes name (procedures?)

I have a user of cvs that got married, and changed her name.  Her user
id changed from loct01 to fint01.  I did the normal changes on the SA
side and passed the cvs group over to the new user id, but when trying
to update it still tries using the old name, even after logging on as
the new users.  Are there steps documented somewhere?

TCL or Python are not available, shell is disabled
