Thanks a lot Dennis!

I got it to work now :)

This is what I did:

- Created folders (I know, I know)
- Created a temp folder where I checkedout each folder
- Copied the files I wanted to put in each folders in the place where I
did the checkouts
- ran cvs add * and then cvs commit in each folders
- Checked in Eclipse and everything is now in the repo

I can delete the temp folder I created now?
