CVS window is getting hanged and not responding

Hello Everyone,

 

I am facing an issue after installing CVS Version 1.3 on Windows XP.

After installing CVS the CVS window is opened but it’s getting hanged and is not responding so it’s not allowing me to do anything on CVS.

 

Please help.
