Putting your time contraints on to volunteers is rather impolite.  In
fact I'd go so far as to say it is arrogant.

There is no such thing.

You were probably using CVSNT server and WinCVS with CVSNT client.  This
is NOT the newsgroup for WinCVS or for CVSNT.  This is the newsgroup for
CVS - which cannot run as a server on Windows (without a unix emulation
layer), and has no graphical component.

Download and install the latest CVSNT on the server
(march-hare.com/cvsnt) and in future contact the correct newsgroup
(wincvs.org or cvsnt.org) and follow the posting guidelines.  If you do
not have the original server registry settings then you will also need
to redefine the location of the respository with the CVSNT control
panel.
