Yes, thanks for the idea, -- it seems that was indeed the case, -- I've
tried to import 2 times a test project containing single file (changing
it between first and second import), and got similar result.

Then, after committing yet another change to the file, I get normal
revision 1.2, so it doesn't seem to be real problem, except CVS behavior
is really confusing in this case. What made it even more confusing is
that in the real repository the second import was made by mistake (I
suppose using some button in the WinCVS front-end).
