Synchonize different CVS servers?

This sitution is kinda odd but ...
We have all our development in a CVS repository. Part of the company is
splitting and taking with them parts of the development which means we will
have to create another CVS server, in a diferrent machine, and copy the
repositories.
So far so good.
The problem is that part of the development will still be done in the "old"
company which means that, for some time, we will have people developing in
same objects in diferrent CVS servers.
A solution could be just using one of the CVS servers for those developing
objects until everything is done and then take to the "real" server. That
can't be done because of "company policies" after the split which will make
impossible to use the CVS servers from "outside".

All this to ask one "simple" question, is it possible to synchronize
repositories from diferrent CVS servers? Any way to replicate all changes
made in certain server into another (with same repository structure)?

Thanks
