Luis,
you probably want to set up a direct connection or some sort of VPN
between your two sites, if only on-demand via SSH for the purpose of the
replication itself.
If for some reason you cannot use CVSNT as Arthur suggested, please have
a look at DCVS, which is based on plain CVS and CVSup.
