There have been some reports on this mailing list that told that CVSNT
is not as reliable as CVS. Anyhow, I do not have any first-hand
experience, it is just some discussion some time before.

If you ever plan to change to SVN (Subversion), note that the conversion
tool cvs2svn does not play very well with CVSNT:
http://cvs2svn.tigris.org/faq.html#cvsnt
In the mailing liss for cvs2svn, there are some people reporting success
for this conversion, but also (very) many people reporting failure in
converting a CVSNT repositoty using cvs2svn.
Best regards,
Spiro.
