You appear to have sent a blank message to the CVS newsgroup/mailing
list.

Most people asking about Windows on the CVS newsgroup are 'actually'
interested in CVSNT or the graphical front ends to CVSNT: TortoiseCVS
and WinCVS.  These all work on Windows 7 and they each have their own
web sites and mailing lists.  A simple google search will help you find
them.
