By popular request, I had a look at the rest-collision code, and
inserted a tiny fix, which hopefully takes care of the most
embarassing cases.

        * lily/rest-collision.cc (do_shift): read direction field from
        rest-column in case of note-rest collision. This should fix some
        problems with rest collisions.
