Lily 1.5.51

The patches for 1.5 have been coming in hard and fast this weekend, so
I've accumulated enough stuff to warrant a new release.

        * Documentation/windows/gsview-profile.sh: Remove.  Functionality
        moved to gs/gsview windows packages.
