libtool 1.4b and gcj

I haven't had a chance to look at this at all, but I just noticed that
if you build libtool 1.4b on a platform that doesn't have gcj, you see
messages like:

appending configuration tag "GCJ" to libtool
checking for no option to produce PIC... -KPIC
checking if no PIC flag -KPIC works... no
checking if no supports -c -o file.o... no
checking whether the no linker (/usr/ccs/bin/ld) supports shared libraries...  
yes


It does no harm, but it looks a little weird.
