[PATCH] branch-1-4 libtool.m4 quote and regexp

Hi,

As a Kaffe user have link problems on OpenBSD with our libtool I update
to branch-1-4 today (1.922.2.23 2001/07/29 16:48:38) because I see in
ChangeLog ``Improved support for various openbsd platforms''.

Unfortunary, it's does work due to small typo.  Basicly, a line like the
following in libtool.m4:

      openbsd[01].* | openbsd2.[0-7] | openbsd2.[0-7].*)

Is translated into configure as:

      openbsd01.* | openbsd2.0-7 | openbsd2.0-7.*)

I try to fix all typo like that in libtool.m4.

I also change two "if [ ... -o ... ];" by "if test ... || test ...;".
