libtool assumes all ARM distributions use glibc 2.1.1

Hi,

libtool.m4 (both head and 1.4 branch) has the following:

  lt_cv_file_magic_test_file=`echo /lib/libc.so* /lib/libc-*.so`

This incorrectly assumes that all ARM builds use glibc 2.1.1, which is
no longer true for recent Linux distributions.
