solaris/gcc 3.1 binaries

for everyone's information, i found a recurrence of the old 
-no-undefined / __eprintf linkage problem people were seeing with gcc < 
3.0 on solaris; this time it was with gcc 3.1.

this is a problem with neither libtool nor gcc 3.1, but seems to be with 
stevec's binary packages, and can be solved by doing rm -rf 
/usr/local/sparc-sun-solaris2.8/include until he fixes it.

(the problem is with assert.h but the entire directory looks to be 
unnecessary - not created by new compilations of gcc 3.1 or binutils, he 
is distributing old files)
