It looks like GCC has inconsistent use of Libtool versions,
or perhaps your own system re-generated some of the files,
overwriting the version put there by GCC.
Regardless, GCC uses it's own version of Libtool which
is coordinated with the official one, but problems and
patches should go to GCC lists.
