RE: libtool.m4 and support for CC -xar on solaris

Is there any particular version, label, etc.?

Or do I just go with the latest and hope that it's stable?

Also, are there any compatability issues with regard to automake,
autoconf, etc.?

You need the CVS version of libtool to support C++ properly.
