The odcctools <http://www.opendarwin.org/projects/odcctools> linker has a
- -Bstatic/-Bdynamic flag that sets preferred, but does not force it. However,
since this linker is probably only used by people cross-compiling a darwin
targetted gcc, it can probably be ignored :)
